We wake up in the morning and open our front shades to a view of the soccer field where there is a canvas of activities, people of all ages are running, jogging, playing basketball, tennis, lifting weights or even practicing their Cirque du Soleil performances. The faint sound of music tells you that the Zumba class has begun. All of this makes you want to wake up and get out there and start your day. It is telling you "Welcome to Mexico, Come Join Us". Access to all of this is totally complementary.
Perfect location for access to Mamitas Beach, one block to tour departure buses, shops and the best restaurants in Playa. Yet, it also affords easy access to the locals restaurants, grocery stores, dive shops, and all that you will need to stay in a very European atmosphere.
Nicely furnished with new king-size bed and a full-size futon. If you work, there is a desk in a quite space with 100 mbps Wifi.
You can also access common area internet in the apartment and another on the rooftop.

Horizonte34 is a new condo development located in the very heart of Playa del Carmen, mere steps from 5th Avenue with its fabulous restaurants and night clubs and the world famous Mamita's beach, but not so close that your sleep is disturbed.
If you prefer to mix with the locals, there is a fabulous locals restaurant just across the street as well as an ice cream shop just around the corner that won the city's "Best Ice Cream" award. Additionally, vendor carts everywhere.
There is a locals saying that sums up our experience "eat where the locals eat and you will never have a problem."
