Tony and I have been involved in offering short-term rentals for 10 years.  We love traveling and we enjoy enhancing the travel experience of others.  From our experience when we travel, we want to be allowed to be on-our-own as much as we are capable.  However, we appreciate when our host can help us solve an issue.  So that is the philosophy that we operate under.  We allow our guest to enjoy their stay.  But we are available and eager to help, if needed.
